MADERA SPEEDWAY TRACKSIDE BILLBOARD AND RACE EVENT ADVERTISING MENU

 

Trackside Billboards – each of the billboards are 8’ tall and there are four widths of advertising billboards. They are 8’x8’, 8’x12’, 8’x16’, and 8’x20’.

 

The Madera Speedway provides the structure to attach your sign to, the cost per racing season for the space is $1,000 for the 8’x8’ size, $1,250 for the 8’x12’, $1,500 for the 8’x16’, and $1,750 per season for the 8’x20’ space. The above prices include the installation of your sign at the speedway.

 

We have a relationship with a high-quality sign shop in Madera that will make your sign for your company. We will put you in contact with this sign maker if you do not have a company you currently use for your graphics needs.

Race Event Sponsors – Your company will have their own race event at the Madera Speedway with this program. With your race event you will receive the following;

 

All of the event promotion for that date with your company or products in the headline of the promotion.

100 free grandstand tickets for the event to entertain employees, business contacts, friends and family.

Banner locations to hang your banners during the event at the speedway.

 

PA mentions during the event in the grandstands.

 

You provide the Grand Marshal for your race event, this is the person that speaks for you at the opening ceremonies and they wave the green flag for the main event. All of your guests are invited to victory lane for the end of the night photos and television production on the televised nights.

 

The cost for your own race event is very reasonable, the prices are below;

 

Local series and open wheel race events - $1,500 (Note, there are ten of these events available on a first come first serve basis)

 

Televised Pro Series event- $3,000 (This is the Mission Pro Late Model Series and 51FIFTY Jr Late Model Series, note there are nine of these events available on a first come first serve basis).
